Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS's panel ADB2DIP 'DROP
  Impact Analysis Summary' issues a message:
  Warning: Unable to extract catalog records. Check BIND.
  and shows zero counts for the 'Table space' 'Items to DROP or
  REVOKE' when a DROP TABLESPACE is attempted against a LOB
  tablespace which does not have any tables.
  Panel ADB2DIPD 'DROP Impact Analysis Details' will show the
  message:
  'No Rows to Display'.

  The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS displays an incorrect DROP
  Impact Report with a warning message when dropping an explicit
  LOB tablespace which does not have any tables.
  

Problem conclusion

• The 'DROP' line command has been disabled against an explicit
  LOB tablespace referenced by auxiliary table.  The EXEC has
  been modified to display the correct DROP Impact Report when
  dropping an explicit LOB tablespace which does not have any
  tables.
