APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There is a problem seen in the WebSphere Application Server
  (WSAS) admin console where the mapping for the floating point
  encoding for the MQ Queue Advanced Panel is incorrect. The
  console is incorrectly setting this to s390 when it should be
  z/OS, and so the validation code throws the exception.
  

Local fix

• The workaround is to create the MQ Queue and Topic objects via
  scripting and specify z/OS for the -floatingPointEncoding
  attribute.
