  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Currently when generating apply JCL     *
  *                      for large amounts of work, the space    *
  *                      allocated for new DDL files is too      *
  *                      small resulting in messages such as:    *
  *                                                              *
  *                      IEC030I B37-04,IFG0554A,                *
  *                      >worklist<,>stepname<,,>volume ID<,     *
  *                      >volume< ,>ds high level<.>ddl name<.   *
  *                                                              *
  *                      This can occur for any of the           *
  *                      allocated DDL files.                    *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The space calculations for the RESTDD/DROPDD, CREATEDD,
  ALTERDD, REBINDDD, and REFRDD are dynamic and are based on the
  number of records we intend to write to the data sets.  In some
  cases with very small files, you will see the new files
  allocated with less space than previously allocated.  This
  change will only apply to newly allocated files (i.e. if the
  file already exists, we reuse rather than reallocate it).
