PM48452: BND022E DBRM COMPARE FAILED -- NON-MATCHING CHARACTER SETS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When running BNDAVB and comparing two "identical" DBRMs with
  different CCSID and trying to supress the checking of CCSID
  during the compare.
  Bind Manager claims that a Bind is required.
  
  BND022E DBRM compare failed -- non-matching character sets
