Error description

• This APAR fixes the following issues:
  *
  1. STC SYSPRINT messages may be truncated when parameter
     specified in Options Module only allows a value of "yes" or
     "no".
  2. Add attribute JOURNAL_LIMIT to the Message Monitor to limit
     duplicate message number journal entries.
  3. Add message ABPS0835I to show CURRENT PRACTICE during UET
     startup.
  4. Incorrect message ABPS0506W in UET SYSPRINT during RUNSTATS
     TABLESPACE utility with INDEX (ALL).
  5. Support for STRIP TRAILING and STRIP BOTH has been added to
     the syntax Parser.
  6. Correct parser problem when INDEXSPACE is specified in
     LISTDEF.
  7. Loop in load (PRESORT) utility due to # of columns in
     clustering key exceeding # of columns being loaded.
  8. Enhance the Syntax Monitor to add new IFOPTION parameter.
  9. Prevent the use of Thread Blocker for a database that is
     defined as WORKFILE or TEMP.
  10.  ABP-1535 The Message Monitor does not intercept utilities
       when Using RULE UTILITY_COMMAND="ALL" in the Policy.
