Error description

  • HP Load job issues MSGHPSR3762E and ABENDU3762 when processing
    HALDB OSAM with the following conditions:
    - DBALLABOVE option is specified in the DFSVSAMP DD
    - z/OS V1R12 or later and NON_VSAM_XTIOT=YES is specified in the
      DEVSUPxx member of PARMLIB.

    HP Load issues MSGHPSR3762E and ABENDU3762 when processing
    HALDB OSAM with the following conditions:
    - DBALLABOVE option is specified in the DFSVSAMP DD
    - z/OS V1R12 or later and NON_VSAM_XTIOT=YES is specified in the
      DEVSUPxx member of PARMLIB.
    

Problem conclusion

  • HP Load has been modified to process HALDB OSAM with DBALLABOVE.
    The requirement to process HALDB OSAM with DBALLABOVE is as
    follows:
    - z/OS V1R12 or later and NON_VSAM_XTIOT=YES is specified in the
      DEVSUPxx member of PARMLIB.
    - Specify ILDSBLD=C or ILDSBLD=NO in the FRRIN DD.

     YES,DSPR
        ILDS is rebuilt with using less amount of data space than
        the obsolete option ILDSBLD=YES. In the process of
        rebuilding, the records of ILDS are arranged in sequence of
        the key value by using DFSORT.
        If you do not specify those DD statements, HPSRILEA,
        HPSRILEB, and HPSRWKnn work data sets, which are used as
        SORTIN and SORTWK data sets, are allocated dynamically.
    |   This option cannot be used if you specify DBALLABOVE in
    |   DFSVSAMP DD.
