PM47872: Providing more diagnostics for PE Server subtask preparation process

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• When PE Server subtask is parsing a config or a response member
  at startup stage and recognizes an error in the member, name of
  the member along with other diagnostics are provided in the
  SYSPRINT data in case if corresponding internal traces are
  switched on.  This should make easier error localization for
  customers.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Administrators of OMEGAMON XE for DB2 PE/DB2PM  may have
  difficulties in finding erroneous parameter(s) specified
  in the configuration and response datasets/members, e.g.
  when PE Server subtask issues the error message FPEV0275E.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Having this fix applied, the administrator of OMEGAMON XE
  for DB2 PE/DB2PM will be able:
  - to see a member name containing erroneous parameter(s);
  - to obtain extended diagnostics provided during PE Server
    subtask preparation process following IBM support
    instructions.
