  This APAR enables the FPA ANALYZE function to support the new
  report "Pointer Segment Dump report" that shows further
  detailed information of invalid pointer segments that are
  notified by the HFPA0024E message or the HFPA0025E message in
  the HFPPRINT DD.
  
  A new keyword IDXDUMP is added for the ANALYZE control
  statement to specify whether to generate the Pointer Segment
  Dump report. IDXDUMP keyword is an optional keyword for the
  ANALYZE command, and it can be specified only when INDEXDBD
  keyword is specified.
  The Pointer Segment Dump report is genarated in the HFPRPTS DD,
  only when IDXDUMP=YES is specified and mismatched pointer
  segments are detected.
  The report shows the index dbdname that has invalid pointer
  segment, the AREA name that is related to error pointer
  segments, dump of error pointer segments and etc.
