PM47266: Title of Japanese PDF file is shown as encoded characters on IE6/IE7 even if applying the fix for PM35633

Error description

• When exporting PDF with Japanese report name on IE on Cognos 10
  FP1, Japanese file name is garbled.  The symptom for Excel on IE
  has been logged on APAR:PM35633 and was fixed with
  iFix10.1.4801.1068.   PM35633: Cannot export Excel files with
  Korean file names in IE.

  applying iFix10.1.4801.1068 , the issue for IE8 is also fixed
  when exporting as PDF format. But the issue for other version of
  IE isn't fixed completely.(The title of Japanese PDF file is

• The issue is IE6 itself.  It only has limited support for UTF8 c
  haracters in the content disposition header.  The only way we ca
  n get such characters through is to URL encode them (%xx)  Unfor
  tunately, this doesn't interact well with Acrobat reader, which
  is much more up-to-date on the handling of UTF-8, and so display
  s the title as encoded.  Fortunately, when it saves the file, it
   saves it with the correct name
