Error description

• In Near Term History ( NTH) object ids ( DBID and / or PSID)
  involved in a lock contention or lock suspension are not
  translated. Panels ZHTWAIT and KD2UTDLW  display object id
  numbers for databases and page spaces rather than the actual
  object's name.
  
  NTH is dependent upon the availability of the IFCID 105 and 107
  to perform object name translation. Availability of IFCID 105 is
  dependent upon the statistics interval (STATIME) defined to DB2
  in DSNZPARM. IFCID 107 is created when a dataset is opened or
  closed. If the duration of the thread did not include the time
  frame when the stats interval expired or when the IFCID 107 was
  created, no data was found to perform translation of the object
  id.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1. The lock resource related data was not retrieved correctly
  from Near Term History's VSAM dataset(s).
  2. The NTH display for SKPT resource is different from the
  realtime display for SKPT resource.
  3. When there is no lock resource provided, the lock type was
  incorrectly identified as DPAG.

  DBid/OBid translation.
  2. Display N/A for SKPT lock resource on panel ZHTWAIT and
