PM46820: UNABLE TO ADD SUBTOTALS TO TABLE OBJECT WITH PAGE SET

Error description

• Client has an objective to place data items that appear in a
  subtotal within a table object (so they can be stacked) but when
  run in a report the subtotal doesn't appear. It does appear if
  we leave them outside of the table object. ????It was noticed
  that this happens when we create a page set using a different
  query... basically create a master detail relationship between
  the page and the page set (because the report we want to create
  will have multiple pages with multiple queries) and we want to
  enforce an overall pageset to the final report.

• Don't use any container in the summary line
