Error description

• If thousands of units of work contain rollback to savepoint, an
  internal table can overflow leading to an ABEND0C4 abend.

  This applies to continuous mode and non-continuous mode jobs
  

Local fix

• Reduce the reporting timeframe which in turn will reduce the
  number of units of work that contain rollback to savepoint, thus
  preventing thetable overflow
