Error description

• Description:
  Customer is not able to work with Rhapsody.
  He gets an error 'Error 2711: The specified Feature Name
  ('Product Files') not found in feature table. This issue is not
  reproduceable at support.
  
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  Method A:
  Start Rhapsody. Load an example. Close Rhapsody.
  The installer starts but does not find feature 'Product Files'.
  
  Method B:
  If we open two projects in a project list ( e.g. open dishwasher
  first and
  insert CoffeMachine ) the installer problem pops up if we switch
  between
  the project by clicking 'set active project'.
  
  
  Steps tried:
  Customer has repaired the installation.
  No success.
  
  Also uninstalled Rhapsody and reinstalled with all components
  except Siemens Teamcenter.
  No success.
  
  
  Business Impact:
  All the users in his company are affected. Hence, it has a high
  priority.
