PM46541: Loading template in CQWeb doesn't show loaded reference field values on form until reload of record

Error description

• Loading the template that includes reference field values
  doesn't show the field on the form until a reload of the record.
   This can be duplicated with any schema not just the ALM schema.
  
  For example
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Create a new ALM request.
  2. Load the template - all the fields except for the 'Project
  Found In' are filled in.
  NOTE: 'Project Found In' is a required field.  The requirement
  notation disappears but nothing is seen in the field.
  3. Save the request [form] - no error message appears although
  it seems as if no project is selected.
  4. Reopen the request - the project (what is in the template) is
  now visible.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in 8.0.0.6.
  
  ClearQuest Web now shows the ALMRequest Project field
  successfully without the need for a record reload.
