Error description

• An ABEND0C4 can occur in GJEIC529, GJEIC52A, GJEIC52B or
  GJEIC52C depending upon the IMS version. The abend is occurring
  because the DDIR address is zero.

  0C4 happens when building resource ifo for FP database.
  For FP database the DMB number comes from DMCB, which
  is not built if data base is not open.
  Check for valid DDIRADDR is added to avoid the abend.
  Number of DMB is set to 0.
  

Problem conclusion

• Check for valid DDIRADDR is added. Install the PTF and restart
  the control region.
