Error description

• If you rename an argument of a method and rebuild, it recompiles
  
  everything that references the type in addition to the type. It
  should
  only need to recompile the single type since renaming an
  argument isn't
  a structural change.

  Changes to the name of function parameters results in the
  compiler thinking that the part containing the function is
  structurally changed. Because of this, all parts that
  reference the function container will be recompiled. This
  can cause a performance problem.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added code so that the compiler will no longer consider
  changes to function parameter names to be structurally
  significant.
