The mod_was_ap22_http binary wasn't updated to handle large
file support.

Problem conclusion

The mod_was_ap22_http binary has been adjusted to take
advantage of large file support.  Both Windows and z/OS
already already could handle > 2 gig files.  The new binary
for AIX, HP, Linux, PowerPC, and Solaris have been corrected
to provide for that.

For HP, Linux, & Solaris, you will need to use an Operating
System environment variable to turn on this feature.  AIX
doesn't require it. Prior to starting IBM HTTP Server, you will
need to set USEPLUGINLARGEFILE to true.  If not set, the
plugin will assume to use the standard file open statement
which will have a limit of 2 gig.

Any customer wanting to take advantage of having a plugin log
> 2 gig should remember to monitor it's size so it doesn't
grow to a point where it could exhaust resources.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.43, 7.0.0.23 and 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
