  Intelligent Resource Director (IRD) adjusts LPAR processor
  weights.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After running the TPM extract some help *
  *                      panels supply wrong information, and    *
  *                      also the CPU usage calculation is       *
  *                      wrong.                                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY THE PTF FIXING THIS APAR               *
  ****************************************************************
  A wrong calculation caused the TDS TPM extract to be different
  to the RMF report, and also some help panels displayed a wrong
  information, like the Datasets names to be created by the TDS
  TPM extract.
  

Problem conclusion

• REXX EXEC part DRLETPMZ was changed to use the correct
  calculation for CPU usage. Help panels are changed to
  display correct content.
