PROBLEM SUMMARY:
When a Classic session is monitoring a DB2 subsystem while the
PE Server is restarted using the modify commands to stop and
start PESERVER, the Classic session is not able to reconnect to
the restarted PE Server subtask.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The code has been corrected.
