Error description

• Modify and ChangeState icons not available on CQ Web with
  multisite database after submitting the record.
  
  This occurs is you store an entity object in a session variable
  in the Submit action validation hook.

  When storing an entity object in a session variable in a
  submit action validation hook on a CQ multisite enabled
  database, the Modify and Change State icons are not visible
  on CQ Web after submitting and saving a record.  The record
  incorrectly appears to be mastered elsewhere.  There is no
  problem if you have the session variable in a Modify or
  ChangeState action.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.3
