PM45518: DATA MANAGER NZLOAD NAMED PIPES OPTION DOES NOT WORK

Error description

• Data Manager nzload named pipes option does not work in all
  configurations. ????I've attached a testcase that when nzload
  works correctly.  If you enabled the named pipes option it fails
  with an error generated by the nzload command.  I believe this
  may be a result of missing quotes in the control file that is
  generated.  Please note that I am able to get nzload working
  with the named pipes option enabled when earlier version of the
  nzload program.  Version details in the testcase.????
