Error description

• This APAR will address the following issues:
  - VERIFY errors in ACF2 or other non-RACF environment when using
    IMS Connect Extensions security validation.
  - ABEND0C4 FUNPRS when parser rule is in write-protected
    storage.

  This APAR is addressing the following issues:
  1.  Abend S0C4 in FUNPRS when parser rule is in write-protected
      storage.
  2. VERIFY errors in ACF2 or other non-RACF environment when
      using IMS Connect Extensions security validation.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made for the above issues:
  1.  Changed code to not attempt to change write-protected
      storage.
  2.  Corrected problem when running in ACF2 or other
      non=RACF environment.
  User Action:
  1. SMP/E Receive and Apply the fix.
  2. Perform a shutdown and restart IMS Connect.
