PM45070: PERFORMANCE OF A LIST REPORT THAT CONTAINS REPORT JOINS

Error description

• A list report that contains a report join, runs in less then 10
  seconds. If one function is removed in an expression, the report
  now takes up to 30 minutes to run.?The native SQL that is shown
  in Report Studio is the same in both cases. Nevertheless this
  native SQL will not be used.??The native SQL in Report Studio
  shows one SQL with some subqueries, and is nearly identical to
  the cognos SQL. The report actually runs with 3 to 4 standalone
  queries, which are joined locally. This depends on format and
  interactive/batch execution.
