Error description

• Restarting causes default named dispatchers appears on the root
  when renamed and grouped.??In IBM Cognos Administration you are
  able to alias and group dispatchers in configuration folders.
  They are aliased to hide their identity and grouped so setting
  can be applied to all dispatchers in one location. All is good
  until the dispatchers are restarted.??Note this problem is not
  reproducible on a single server install?
