  In DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS, when running ALT with the
  'Use Utility options' set to 'YES' on panel ADBPALT, LOAD
  utility options 'TABLE ALL', 'SAMPLE', 'INDEX ALL', 'REPORT'
  and 'UPDATE' which were previously set on panel ADB2UTC
  'Specify Utility Options - LOAD'  for a stand-alone LOAD
  operation are carried over to the ALT path which can result in
  a LOAD failure, RC=08 with message:
  
  "DSNU070I KEYWORD OR  OPERAND 'STATISTICS' INVALID WITH
  'RESUME(YES)'"
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.
  This APAR also fixed a similar problem regarding the LOAD
  utility option 'SHRLEVEL'. In the ALT/OC/CM path, when
  specifying to use customized utility options on panel
  ADBPALT/GOC5 'Single Compare Job'/ ADB2C11A 'Generate
  Analyze Job', the LOAD utility option 'SHRLEVEL' which was
  previously specified for stand-alone LOAD operation is
  carried over to the ALT/OC/CM path. It can result in LOAD
  failure, RC=08 with message:
  
   "DSNU070I KEYWORD OR OPERAND 'LOG NO' INVALID WITH
  'SHRLEVEL CHANGE'"
  
  when 'SHRLEVEL' was specified as 'CHANGE'.
