Error description

  • Hitting 'Log out' doesn't check records being updated or
    modified in CQ Web 7.1.x. Users should be able to save their
    work and avoid data loss before they click on 'Log out' link.
    
    Use case: If a user is updating a defect and attempts to close
    the tab ClearQuest greys out the window and displays a pop-up
    that reads 'Warning: All changes will be lost.' Then the user is
    required to hit an [OK] button (or [Cancel] button) to continue.
    If the user hits the 'Log out' link, all changes they may have
    made to unsaved defects are lost without warning.
    
    Business justification: This issue is a potential data loss in
    CQ Web 7.1.x for those users that hit the Log out button if they
    do not save first.
