Error description

  • -Define a task/mapping where between a DOORS module and a
Requirements project in QC which has VC enabled
-Sync the requirements from the above task to QC for the first
    time
-Log in to QC and look at the details for any of the new
    requirements created
-There is a 'History' tab in the requirement details which shows
you a 'Versions and Baselines' field

You will see 3 Versions for this new requirement in the
'Versions and Baselines' field. It seems like the first version
shows the empty requirement is created. The second version shows
the 'Name' field is filled in with a value such as 'ABSno 1
REQ15'. Then the third version shows the 'Name' field is changed
to include the Main column text from DOORS + REQ15.
