  *                 by EXPLAIN command on panel ADB2E 'Explain'  *
  *                 to create a DSN_STATEMENT_CACHE_TABLE table. *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS,    *
  *                      Option 4 to Create/Upgrade the          *
  *                      DSN_STATEMENT_CACHE_TABLE               *
  *                      is missing from panel ADB2E for DB2     *
  *                      810 and DB2 9.  The "Q -List SYSQUERY   *
  *                      explain info" command on panel ADB2E    *
  *                      will cause a SQLCODE=-204 / SQLCODEN204 *
  *                      error for DB2 810 and DB2 9.  An        *
  *                      incorrect message was shown on panel    *
  *                      ADB2EE 'Explain an SQL Statement' when  *
  *                      an invalid value of "CURRENT DEGREE"    *
  *                      is specified on panel ADB2EE.           *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Program does not provide an interface to customers to create
  the DSN_STATEMENT_CACHE_TABLE table when DB2 810 and DB2 9
  is used.  The program does not limit the 'Q' command to DB2 10
  and does not have the correct logic to display an error message
  when an invalid "CURRENT DEGREE" value is used on panel ADB2EE.
