PM42620: OMPE HANGS AT SHUTDOWN EVENTMGR TASK WILL NOT SHUTDOWN

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A /P ompestc command is issued to shutdown OMEGAMON DB2 ( OMPE )
  
  The task proceeds through normal shut down until message
  FPEV0454I COMMON SERVICES PARTIALLY TERMINATED
  is displayed
  
  A /F ompestc,DISPLAY command is issued which shows that the
  EVENTMGR subtask is still active.
  
  A /F ompestc,P EVENTMGR command issued. OMPE responds as if
  shutdown is proceding normally, However another DISPLAY command
  still shows EVENTMGR as active
  
  An abend in KO2EOJS2 may have occurred at initial start up of
  Object Analysis
