  Using RequisitePro Database Upgrade Wizard to upgrade a MS
  Access project may fail with an error: "System resource
  exceeded".  This happens with projects that has thousands of
  records to update from either RQDOCUMENTHISTORY,
  RQPROJECTHISTORY or RQREQUIREMENTHISTORY table.
  

Problem conclusion

• New logic was added to RequisitePro Database Upgrade Wizard
  to handle projects with many history records.
