PM42080: JCL ERROR FOLLOWING NON-ZERO RETURN CODE ON REORG.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A return code greater than 4 on a reorg utility can cause a
  subsequent JCL error.
  This can occur if an Index reorg follows a tablespace Reorg and
  runtime statistics are being collected.
  The JCL error occurs in the HAA#BTMP step following the index
  reorg because the previous IEBGENER step that produces the
  SYSPRINT dataset for the HAA#BTMP step is skipped due to return
  codes.
  The HAA#BTMP step should also be skipped in this case which
  would cause the job to end with the appropriate return code
  instead of the JCL error.
