Error description

• Unload API issues FABH0315E when the command code for DL/I call
  is '* '(asterisk+blank).
  Current Unload API does not recognize this string as a null
  command code.

  This APAR fixes the following problems:
  1. Unload API issues FABH0315E when the command code for DL/I
     call is '* '(asterisk+blank).
  2. Unload API issues FABH0356E and ends with ABENDU4013 when
     processing a HALDB and the command code for the 1st SSA is
     unsupported by Unload API.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Unload API has been modified to recognize the string '* '
     (asterisk+blank) as a null command code.
  2. Unload API has been modified to fall back to IMS DL/I when
     processing a HALDB and the command code for the 1st SSA is
     unsupported by Unload API.
