  with 'NO SEGSIZE' ignore option,results in invalid 'PARTITION BY
  SIZE' clause leading to sqlcode -763.

  When a partition-by-growth table space is dropped and recreated
  with index-based partitioning, the table definition is
  generated  with the 'PARTITION BY SIZE' clause, causing a
