• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IPISIRUR attempts to clear storage using a pointer that had not
  been set because the storage had not been acquired.  It was not
  acquired because no checkpoint (X'40xx') or statistics (x'45xx')
  records had been read in the time range specified.
  This results in the ABENDS0C4 ( S0C4 ) in IPISIRUR.

Problem conclusion

• Update IPISMERG to set STATUS=EOFREAL when global STOP
  time reached.
