Error description

• SCENARIO :
  (any OS)
    - Install Rational Change (tested on 5.2.0.4 but should also
  impact 5.3.x)
    - Open the 'admin' interface of Change
  (http://changeserver:86xx/change/admin/)
    - Install standard package 'ECP_Process' (available by default
  in the Change installation)
    - Edit the lifecycle
    - Edit transition 'analysed2in_analysis'
    - You will see that the attribute 'modifiable_in' is included
  by default in this transition
  
  OBSERVED BEHAVIOR:
    - You will see that this attribute is set to 'Read Only' by
  default
  
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
    - It is a design flaw in the ECP_Process. This attribute
  shouldn't be read-only by default. It is NOT Read-Only in any
  other transition form, except for this one
  ('analysed2in_analysis').
