  The ClearQuest Eclipse Designer incorrectly loaded button
  data if the button information was not viewed by the schema
  developer.  This caused the incorrect button data to be
  persisted when the schema as saved.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 7.1.1.08, 7.1.2.05 and
  8.0.0.01.
