• The RBD UI may hang when attempts to click 'Debug Behavior
  Mapping' located under Windows ?Preferences ? EGL ? Debug.

  The first time a search is being performed after starting
  the workbench, the index might need to be updated. With
  larger workspaces this can take a long while. The debug
  behavior mapping preference page will run a workspace search
  to build its list of programs and services, and if the index
  needs to be rebuilt then the IDE is frozen until the
  indexing has completed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The preference page will now check if the index needs to be
  rebuilt. If it does, then a progress dialog is used to show
  the progress of the indexing, and the UI is no longer
  frozen.
