    - PM40201 for IMS DEDB Fast Recovery
The following problems under IMS V12 are fixed by this APAR:
    *
    1. IMS V12 PTM to APAR conversion.
    2. If it is found that flags for I/O error and end of file are
not being initialized between the primary and secondary WADS,
causing DFR to skip reading the secondary WADS with a
       MSGDFR3100E message.
    3. If there is an I/O error on a WADS, DFR ends with abend code
       of S001-04.

block and padding the last block.
Detection of duplicate data from the secondary
                 WADS has been corrected.
