APAR status

Error description

• This fix addresses the following issues.
  
  - TCz variables in JCL comments are not replaced with values.
  - No message is displayed on the CCQPCST panel when the
    customization library is empty.
  - Data set name validation is not performed for the DB2 LOAD
    library.
  - DB2 association for a product fails with no error message
    when the LPAR's SMFID is less than 4 characters.
  - TCz creates an invalid customization output library and
    customization fails when the LPAR's SMFID is less than
    4 characters.
  - Pop up panels CCQPMVL, CCQPDCR, CCQPDCY do not have
    associated help panels.
