  New ADMIN IF statements introduced by APAR PM36495 are not
  being added to UNLOAD, CONVERT or LOAD jobs.
  

Problem conclusion

• Applying this fix will produce the necessary statements so that
  work statement lists can correctly make changes to the affected
  objects. ADMIN IF statements take two forms, ADMIN IF DEFINEYES
  and ADMIN IF DSEXISTS.  For ADMIN IF DEFINEYES, you can select
  either TS or TB. For example, ADMIN IF DEFINEYES TB
  "CREATOR"."TABLE" will process as true if the table space
  containing the table has been defined and false if not.
  No statements bracketed by ADMIN IF and ADMIN ENDIF will be
  processed. ADMIN IF DEFINEYES will determine if a data set
  has been cataloged. This statement will process as true if the
  the data set is cataloged and false if it is not.  For ADMIN
  IF DEFINEYES TS, you would specify the database and the table
  space name.
