  Requirements can be created in RequisiteWeb in which the
  bookmarks contain the end of cell character within a table.
  
  Requirements will be created  to not include this character.

  When you create a requirement inside a table cell in a
  Microsoft Word document using Rational RequisiteWeb, the
  table character is included in the requirement bookmark. If
  you delete this character using the RequisitePro client for
  Windows, the application will try to remove it from the
  document the next time you open it, which is an invalid
  operation in Word.
  As a workaround you can delete and recreate the requirement
  in the document using RequisitePro client for Windows.
  

Problem conclusion

• RequisiteWeb code was modified to not include the table
  character in the bookmark when the requirement is created.
