DB2 MSGDSNU052I can occur in a LOAD utility using the extended syntax PRESORT when UET incorrectly appends the SORTKEYS keyword to the syntax when the NUMRECS keyword was already present. ( SORTKEYS and NUMRECS are mutually exclusive keywords ).
