APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When loading Unicode/ASCII data, if file-by-reference is
  involved, the fields holding the file names must be converted to
  Unicode/ASCII.  If not, SQLCODE -452 error during LOAD.  Also,
  header fields (if present) will not be converted to
  Unicode/ASCII unless 'Create tables=Y'. Header fields must be
  converted to  Unicode/ASCII on every load, regardless of
  'Create tables' setting.
