• Closed as program error.

Error description

• HWSA0345E Adapter HWSXMLA0 encountered an error: R=216 was
  issued while testing synchronous callout via SOAP gateway
  with test program SYCHICAL.
  After running traces and getting dumps, the problem was
  found to be simply an ABEND806 trying to load module
  HELLOX. Customer asks that an additional message to HWSXMLA0 or
  HWSLEAS0 be added to provide the module name that failed
  to load.

  An error message is sent back to the client when adding Metadata
  Service to service table failed. When SOAP message uses HELLOX
  as converter name but HELLOX failed to load, this caused the
  adding Metadata Service to service table failed, and the client
  gets the error message HWSA0345E with return code 216.

  HWSA0380E will be issued to indicate missing load module when:
  a. XML Converter not found (R=108 or 208),
  b. Add XML Converter to PIPI table failed ( R=112 or 212 ),
  c. Add Metadata Service to PIPI table failed ( R=116 or 216),
  d. PIPI table is full,delete entry failed ( RC=118 or 218 ).
  e. Get Metadata routine failed ( RC=120 or 220 ).
  For inbound message, RC=108, 112, 116, 118 or 120.
  For outbound message, RC=208, 212, 216, 218 and 220.
  
  Module HWSADPP was modified to add failed converter name.
  Module HWSM1ENU was modified to send message HWSA0380E.
  Module HWSSDRCV was enhanced to process in bound message.
  Module HWSSDXMT was enhanced to process out bound message.
  Module HWSXMLA0 was enhanced to save the failed converter name.

  Add:
  HWSA0380E ADAPTER adptname WAS UNABLE TO LOAD cnvname;
  R=rc, S=sc, M=mc
  
  Explanation: An adapter encountered a problem while
  running. Control was returned to IMS Connect without
  the adapter processing the message.
  
  In the message text:
  
  adptname
      identifies the adapter that was called;
  cnvname
      identifies the XML converter name that was called;
  rc
      The return code from the adapter
  sc
      The service code.
  mc
      The module issuing the message.
  
  System action: IMS Connect continues to run. The current
  message in progress is not processed.
  
  System programmer response: Verify the correct
  converter and its associated program are linked to the correct
  data set.
