  • Get ABEND S000 U0C15-000E FOI524E CONNECT FAILED. RC=12, RSN=212
IVP009E - CONNECT FUNCTION FAILED when using SFRXSAMP(FRXIVPT1)
JCL.

Local fix

  • By adding IMS reslib to the IVP //STEPLIB after tools loadlib
you will be able to connect.

FOICIVP0 is modified not to register with SCI when IMS type-1
command is requested.
