Error description

• ZRLMS panel command RLMS in error for DSNRLMT table
  .
  DB2 RLF resource limit facility is activated using DSNRLMT table
  OMPE V420 Classic ZRLMS panel does not show the correct RLIMIT
  table in use and gives an error if a row matches in DSNRLMT
  table.

  ZRLMS panel displays message
  " Resource Limit Facility Not Active For This Thread "
  
  The RLMS command, display Resource Limit Facility information
  can be reached as a subcommand from Near Term History after
  zooming on a thread and selecting L - Res Limit. In this case
  the RLMS command output is on screen ZHTRLMS.
  
  The RLMS command is also accessed by zooming on an active thread
  and selecting L - Res Limit in which case the output is on
  ZRLMS.
