  Description:

  The signature of an operation in the features dialog box does
  not match that in the generated code in Rhapsody in C. Rhapsody
  in C++ exhibits the correct behavior i.e. the signature of an
  operation in the features dialog box is inline with that in the
  generated code.
  
  This incorrect behavior in RiC leads to inefficient
  documentation when generating reports using RPE. When working
  with Rhapsody development edition in C and RPE, the signature of
  a function doesn't include the argument modifiers 'const' or
  '*'. I.e. a function like:
  
  void operation_0(const class_0* argument_0, class_1* argument_1)
  
  
  appears in the word document as:
  
  operation_0(class_0 argument_0, class_1 argument_1)
  
  This is not the behavior when working with Rhapsody development
  edition in Cpp, in this latter case the function signature is
  extracted as expected (with 'const', '?' or '*' modifiers).
