PM38757: TOOLBAR HAS NO ICONS WHEN CUSTOM HEADER IS CONFIGURED

APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When a custom header (bmheader.htm) is configured, all
functional icons are missing from the toolbar when using
the tradtional framed interface for displaying Book pages.

Local fix

  • Remove custom header from your configuration.

The custom header can be unconfigured by removing (or moving)
the HFS (or zFS) file named bmheader.htm. Assuming that a
LOGDIR= keyword is configured in your bookmgr.80 file,
you should find bmheader.htm in that LOGDIR directory. If LOGDIR
is not configured, you should find bmheader.htm in your cgi-bin
directory (the same directory in which the EPHBOOKS executable
resides).
