Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' ALT feature creates JCL
  with:
  1) Duplicate DB2CMD steps
  2) Duplicate DELC0001 steps
  3) Comments for CNV20001 incorrectly states CONV0001
  In addition 'POINT OF FAILURE'  and 'RESTART STEP NAME' is no
  longer provided.
  

Local fix

• Manually change the step names.

Problem conclusion

• Program has been modified to generate different step names,
  correct comments and add information for 'POINT OF FAILURE'
  and 'RESTART STEP NAME' in the APPLY job using Compare.
