PM38292: NAVIGATING TO THE BOTTOM PAGE ON AN INTERACTIVE HTML REPORT CAUSES THE SECOND ROW OF AN OVERALL HEADER TO DISAPPEAR

Error description

• When a list report with a two-line overall header is run in
  interactive HTML mode, users can see both header rows if they
  navigate down page by page, but if they decide to skip down to
  the bottom page directly, only the first header row is
  available.??Navigating back to the top page from the bottom also
  does not display the second header row.??This issue is visible
  in all releases of Cognos 8.3.

• Upgrade to Cognos 8.4.1 FP3
